Wholesale Terms & Conditions
How to Order
Go to https://wholesale.dabrite.com and click “Apply Now” to fill out a wholesale application, and we’ll get back to you within 2 business days. Once you’re approved, you’ll receive login credentials for our wholesale portal, where you can shop all of our currently available wholesale inventory. From the wholesale portal you can check out and pay by credit/debit, E-check/ACH or wire transfer, as well as view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.
MSRP
Unless otherwise noted on the price sheet or on our wholesale website, Dab Rite products shall not be sold to consumers for less than the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) (however, limited-time promotions and sales are allowed – please see MAP & MSRP Exceptions below).
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) / Discounts
Dab Rite Digital IR Thermometer units must be advertised online and in print for no lower than the MSRP.
For avoidance of doubt, the following Minimum Advertised Pricing applies:
- Dab Rite v1 / The Original – $169.00
- Dab Rite PRO – $299.00
Failure to comply with Dab Rite’s MAP policy may result in cancellation of your wholesale account.
MAP & MSRP Exceptions
The only exceptions to our MAP and MSRP policies are for limited-time sales and discounts:
- 72-Hour Sale: If you should wish to apply a limited-time discount to the units or are having a sale for up to 72 hours, you may advertise discounts of up to 25% off the MSRP.
- 7-Day Sale: If you should wish to apply a limited-time discount to the units or are having a sale for up to 7 days, you may do so, but the sale price may not be advertised for more than 72 hours.
In all circumstances, discounts for online sales must be: (1) taken automatically at checkout, or (2) made using a promo code after the item has been added to the purchaser’s cart.
Mailing List
If you would like to be added to Dab Rite’s wholesale mailing list to be notified of limited-edition products, sales and pre-order information not available through our distributors, please email sales@dabrite.com.
Store Locator
If you would like for your retail location to be added to our store locator, please email sales@dabrite.com.
Pre-Selling
Pre-selling is not permitted. You agree not to make any Dab Rite units available for sale until the units are actually in your possession. Sale of Dab Rite units prior to receipt of your shipment will result in cancellation of future orders.
Third-Party Marketplaces
Selling Dab Rite products via third-party e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and others is not permitted. You agree not to make any Dab Rite units available for sale on any such third-party e-commerce marketplaces. Breach of this clause will result in cancellation of future orders and termination of your wholesale account (a list of offending sellers will also be circulated to our distributors).
Changes / Cancellation
Any changes to or cancellation of orders must be emailed to sales@dabrite.com within 12 hours of the order being placed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.
Damages / Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Dab Rite at sales@dabrite.com AND help@dabrite.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned units will be replaced with new units. Returned units will not be accepted if they are held for more than 15 days after receipt.
** If a customer reports that a unit is defective:
- ENSURE THE SENSOR / SENSOR SHIELD IS CLEAN – if it is not clean, it must be cleaned and tested before proceeding to Step 2.
- HAVE THE CUSTOMER EMAIL HELP@DABRITE.COM WITH A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE, PROOF OF PURCHASE, & PHOTOS/VIDEO, AND THE CLAIM WILL BE ASSESSED FOR WARRANTY REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.
Returns / Exchanges
Wholesale units may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
